RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  1. In line with the consumer protection act 68 of 2008, a cash refund will be offered if you have been provided with an incorrect or defective product.
  2. The following will not be regarded as defects and will not qualify you for an exchange, return or refund:
  • Damage or faults resulting from normal wear and tear
  • Damage arising from incorrect use of the product
  • Damage arising from negligence
  • Damage arising from failure to care for the product
  • Damage arising from any alterations to the original product
  • Where the specifications of a product which is accurately described on the website and generally fit for its intended purpose, does not suit you.
  • Dynamic Brands reserve the right to not grant an exchange or refund if deemed that the fault is not a factory fault.
  1. The item to be returned must be clean, unused, unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging and have all labels.
  2. No exchanges or refunds on incorrect sizes ordered. Please use the size guides provided for reference.
  3. Customers are encouraged to carefully review their customization selections before confirming orders.

    Dynamic Brands will only provide a refund in the event of a manufacturing defect or an error regarding customization for which our company has made an error.

  4. Kindly contact customer support within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate the return process.

  5. Kindly note that all refunds are subject to a 15% administration fee
